These are some of the pictures that have been in a folder on my desktop for awhile now, so here we go.
I decided to do this in one post, even though there are two styles, because they are the same thing, only one has two braids and one has four. Also, Piper has on the same outfit both times. I didn't intend for this to happen. These hairdo's were done about a week and a half apart.
*I use her natural part, on her right side, for this style. I am sure it would look cute with the part down the middle as well.
*At the back of the original part, I part down on both sides and secure all of the remaining hair in a ponytail holder so it doesn't get in the way.
* Then I french braid, underneath so the braid lays on top. I like how it makes it look kind of like a headband.
*I braid all the way to the end of the hair and secure it with a rubber band, then I secure both braids in the back underneath her hair that was left down.
*This took about 10 minutes
*For 4 braids it took about 15 minutes
This is what it looks like with 4 braids

That is so cute! How in the heck do you do the braids? I have the hardest time doing them in small sections.
This is adorable! I've done it with 2, but I wouldn't have thought to do 4 braids. Really cute. I think you're the only hair blog I don't have linked to mine. I don't know how I overlooked your site! I'm adding the link right now.

I've done the two braids before but never thought of 4. Oh cute! I like it!
So cute. As the rest of them have said -never thought of doing it w/4 braids before. I'll add this to my "must try" list!
Very cute! I love both styles ~ they look so beautiful! What a fun way to keep the hair out of the face yet leaving the majority of it down! Thanks!
Absolutely adorable! Savannah thinks Piper has "beautiful eyes and hair!"
